eCommerce Content Coordinator

Are you a creative digital merchandiser with an eye for detail and a love for apparel? Join RB Sellars as our Ecommerce Content Coordinator and help shape the online experience across our suite of apparel brands.

We’re looking for a highly organised, digital-savvy team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands the power of well-timed content and data-driven merchandising.

You’ll be central to executing our trade calendar online, aligning product visibility and promotional activity to drive conversions and elevate the customer journey.

We are a successful national retail, online, B2B and wholesale business offering men’s, women’s and children’s apparel, outerwear, footwear & recreational apparel products.  

What You'll Do:

  • Plan and execute web assets in line with the trade calendar, aligning content with campaigns and new product drops.
  • Add digital assets and product information for all products that go-live for launches
  • Update and optimise merchandising based on stock levels, performance metrics, and sell-through data.
  • Regularly audit website to identify and troubleshoot issues, ensuring a seamless customer-facing experience.
  • Work closely with the Design Team to deliver detailed, strategic briefs for all web content, with a focus on commercial impact.
  • Drive growth and improve conversion through product and category merchandising, on-site search optimisation, and strategic cross-sells.
  • Manage and refresh homepage, banners, collections, and product pages with relevant, up-to-date content.
  • Implement promotional offers, pricing changes, and sales activities effectively and on time.
  • Monitor customer feedback in collaboration with Customer Service to help inform improvements.
  • Ensure redirect management is maintained to eliminate dead links and preserve SEO integrity.
  • Keep Articles & Edits fresh and seasonal with current imagery and messaging.
  • Report on Alert Me and New In Stock styles, sharing key insights with marketing and buying teams.
  • Assist with UAT and digital project support as required.
  • Maintain and improve content automations and manuals across eCommerce channels.
  • Uphold brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.

What We're Looking For:

  • 2+ years’ experience in ecommerce content coordination or merchandising, ideally in fashion or apparel.
  • Proven experience working with Shopify 2.0 – understanding of both front-end and CMS capabilities.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commercial mindset and an appreciation for brand tone and aesthetic.
  • Confidence in interpreting data to inform content and merchandising decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise with cross-functional teams.
  • Proactive, solutions-focused attitude with strong time management skills.
  • Experience with UAT, SEO, and web analytics tools is a bonus.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To engage with and provide exceptional customer service to our loyal customers
  • Work as a team promoting the RB Sellars brand
  • The ability to drive sales and deliver against KPI’s
  • Assist with up keep and merchandise the layout of the store in line with RB Sellars standards
