Rural outfitters, RB Sellars has recently opened its first capital city store in Richmond. Located in the Town Hall precinct of Bridge Road at number 337, the store is perfectly positioned on the corner of Gleadell Street, home to its popular Saturday market.

Australian owned, Australian designed and loved by rural communities for over 25 years, this is the brand’s first store launch in a major city location and one that The Propel Group’s Managing Director, Caroline Elliott believes is a very exciting opportunity for the brand.

Crafted from quality fabrics, the brand’s versatile range is equally at home in the city as it is in the country. RB Sellars’ use of natural fibres is sure to attract comfort conscious locals seeking authentic and down to earth wardrobe essentials.

Inspired by the Australian landscape, its natural beauty and those who work on it, RB Sellars has been outfitting rural Australians who share a passion for the land since 1996.

The brand started life as a small catalogue business with the simple idea of a hard-wearing, well-crafted workshirt in a range of colours. The now iconic workshirt has since become the Australian country uniform with over 200,000 Burton Shirts sold last year. The range now includes functional and hard-wearing workwear for both men and women, plus a large collection of casual wear, farm wear and a teen and kids range.

Since its humble beginnings the brand has grown its retail footprint to include stores across New South Wales, Queensland, and Victoria, a successful online business, and a business-to-business arm outfitting rural and urban businesses Australia wide.

Owned by The Propel Group, RB Sellars sits side by side with two other iconic Australian brands - Rossi Boots and Driza-Bone.

South Australian bootmakers, Rossi Boots, has been designing and hand-crafting their extensive range of boots since 1910. Crafted from the finest leathers locally in the Adelaide factory and offshore. Rossi Boots are designed for hard work and the weekends. Driza-Bone has been making their iconic range of hard-wearing, wind and water resistant oilskins and dry wax coats since 1898, a full range of mens, womens and childrens coats will be available at the new store.
