Order processing times:
Once your order is placed, please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed by our warehouse. Once processed, your order will be sent via the shipping option selected at checkout.
Cancellation requests:
Once your order has been placed, it immediately starts going through our ordering process and cannot be cancelled or amended even if it has not been shipped; however, you are welcome to return any items once received if not suitable by following our returns guide. We offer free postage for returns placed online for orders shipped within Australia. International customers are responsible for return postage and any costs associated with the return.

*Deliveries to Far North Queensland, Remote Tasmania, Western Australia and Northern Territory can require more days for delivery.

During popular sales and promotion periods there may be delays in order despatch times and some responses from our team may also be delayed; however, please be assured your query is important to us and one of the team will be in contact as soon as possible.
From 26 June, MyPost registered receivers will get a digital collection notification by email, SMS or the AusPost app if Australia Post have attempted delivery, but no one was home. Australia Post will no longer leave a ‘sorry we missed you’ card (unless they are unable to match the parcel to your MyPost Account). Please note, this change will only involve parcel receivers with a MyPost account for now.

New Zealand Orders
We offer DHL Express for NZ orders with delivery of orders approx. 1-3 business days after dispatch.

Express shipping with DHL offers the following free in flight delivery options for control, visibility and flexibility via SMS / eMail:
• Deliver my package on Another Day: Scheduled delivery
• Deliver my package to Another Address: Alternate Delivery to work or family.
• Deliver my Package at a Safe Place: Authorise Shipment Release.
• Deliver my package with Neighbour: Leave with neighbour, reception or guard.
• Deliver my package at a DHL Service Point: Hold for Collection.
• Request my Hold My Package: Vacation hold safekeeping up to 30 days.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
As outlined by law, RB Sellars is required to register, collect, and remit GST to the Inland Revenue of NZ now that the company has reached the threshold of NZ60,000 of sales in the last 12 months. Please see here for more information.
Orders under NZ1,000 - GST and fees are due
Orders over NZ 1,000 - Duty, GST and fees are due
For New Zealand orders, Australian GST is removed and applicable duties, import taxes and fees are calculated at checkoutbased on order value.
Orders will be shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning all applicable import duties can be paid at the time of checkout to avoid additional charges when your online order arrives. Please note, duties and taxes are non-refundable after your order has shipped.
Should a customer refuse a shipment from RB Sellars, customers will be responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that may have incurred, as well as the cost of returning your parcel to us; and will be deducted from your order refund once your shipment has been received.
