Returns

UPDATES:

Please note, we are experiencing delays in the processing of returns by 5-15 business days. We are working our best to get the returns processed as soon as possible, but if you would like an update on your return, please don't hesitate to reach out to our Customer Service Team at customerservice@rbsellars.com.au or on 1300 727 355.

Our Customer Service Team are available for over the phone and email support from 9am - 5pm AEST Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Please note: some responses from our team may be delayed, but be assured your query is important to us and one of the team will be in contact as soon as possible. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Need to return your order for a refund?

We accept refunds for items within 60 days of purchase (28 days for sale or outlet items). We offer exchanges for size only. Our return policy is applicable to both online and in-store 'floor to door' purchases.

Please note, we do not offer exchanges for international purchases (refunds only). The freight cost for change of mind returns for international orders is at the customer's expense.

We only accept returns of items purchase at www.rbsellars.com.au or our RB Sellars Stores.

Dependent on where you purchased your items please follow our simple process.

Note : If you discover a fault with your item, please call us at 1300 727 355 to arrange your return directly.

For orders placed via RBSellars.com.au

Step 1 : Fill out your returns form that you received within your order. Alternatively, you can download a new returns form here:

Step 2 : Use our Australian Post portal to lodge and print your free return and receive your postage label. Click here.

Step 3 : Package your return garments with the filled in returns form.

Step 4 : Attach the printed return label onto the front of the package and take to the post office or place in a red post box.

International customers are responsible for return postage and any costs associated with the return.

For purchases made at an RB Sellars Store

Step 1 : Ensure you have proof of purchase.

Step 2 : Take your item(s) and proof of purchase to your nearest RB Sellars store for a refund or exchange.

If you're unable to go back to store, please send your return to RB Sellars Returns, 20 Southern Ct, Keysborough, VIC 3173 for processing.

Returns FAQs

All refund rights under both State and Commonwealth law apply.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure but not related to misuse.

If the failure is minor, we reserve our right to offer to repair only and reserve the right to not offer a refund or an exchange coupon.

RB Sellars' Change of Mind Policy

Not excluding your rights under consumer law, RB Sellars' change of mind policy is as follows:

RB Sellars is not legally obliged to give refunds of the purchase price or to exchange items if you have changed your mind about the purchase.

Under the RB Sellars 'Change of Mind Policy', if you change your mind we do offer a refund, exchange or gift card to the value of the purchase price for most items, provided that:

(a) you return the item within 60 days from the date of purchase (28 days for sale or outlet items)
(b) the item is unworn and in its original condition
(c) all original labels and tickets are attached to the item
(d) you provide an original RB Sellars tax invoice as proof of purchase

Provided the above has been met, store purchases can be returned in person to any RB SELLARS store or by post to;

Please provide your emailed invoice as proof of purchase.

RB Sellars online Purchases;

Provided the above has been met, online purchases can be returned by post using the online return service, or in-person to any RB Sellars store for an exchange (please take your emailed invoice as proof of purchase with you). Refund requests for online purchases made using PayPal or Afterpay cannot be processed in-store and must be returned via the online return portal for a refund via PayPal or Afterpay.

Please be advised we do not refund the original freight cost for an order unless discussed prior to return under special circumstance.

Returning Your Item

Please email our customer service team customerservice@rbsellars.com.au with your order number, and any details and images of faults prior to returning your faulty or damaged item.

Provided the above has been met, store purchases can be returned in person to any RB Sellars store or by post to;

Sale and outlet items can be returned within 28 days of order date for exchange or refund.
