Store Manager Townsville


RB Sellars is coming to Townsville! We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead the day to day operations of our Townsville Store due to open for trade in November 2021. You will be responsible for engaging a team, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and driving sales to achieve targets

Full job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • The ability to drive sales and deliver against KPI’s
  • Work alongside the team, ensure the upkeep and layout of the store in line with RB Sellars standards
  • Rostering to ensure great customer service
  • Train new and existing team members to ensure product and process standards are understood
  • Stocktakes
  • Regular reporting, including sales reporting, is part of the role, along with identifying talent and recruiting new team members where necessary.

About You:

  • A love of the country and a passion for our product
  • You will have exceptional leadership skills to engage and develop a united team
  • A commercial retail operator with strong organisation skills across merchandising, rostering and sales administration
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills
  • Able to work every second Saturday
