Sales Coordinator


Introduction

The B2B Sales channel of RB Sellars continues to flourish, servicing corporate customers investing in Workwear/Uniform options for their teams ranging from complete uniform wardrobing to select items for specific campaigns. We are seeking an organised and enthusiastic Sales Coordinator, the role of which is to provide administrative support to the team and through great customer service contribute to building new accounts and promoting our uniform offer.

Full job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a high level of sales administrative support to the Sales team during pre-sales, onboarding and post-sales
  • Operate within the B2B framework outlined (including pricing, order minimums) and be empowered to manage account related queries
  • Coordinate Sales ordering and reporting ; Create purchase orders, Process orders, understand stock levels and carry out necessary reporting using AP21
  • Effectively communicate with prospects around order requirements, delivery deadlines, stock levels and payment/invoicing
  • Liaise with third parties such as warehousing and embroidery
  • Produce detailed sales and KPI reporting
