Retail Sales Assistants

We have opportunities for passionate Retail Sales Assistants to be part of our Toowoomba store to deliver exceptional customer experiences, promote our product and be enthusiastic in driving sales to achieve targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• To engage with and provide exceptional customer service to our loyal customers
• Work as a team promoting the RB Sellars brand
• The ability to drive sales and deliver against KPI’s
• Assist with up keep and merchandise the layout of the store in line with RB Sellars standards

ABOUT YOU

• A love of the country and a passion for our product
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage our customer
• A positive, happy disposition, sense of humour and a ‘can do’ attitude
• A desire to learn all facets of fashion retail (Some experience in retail preferred)
• Able to work regularly on weekends
