Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking a knowledgeable Assistant Manager - Part Time to join the team at our Ballarat Store. The successful candidate will be experienced in delivering exceptional customer experiences, and enthusiastic in driving sales to achieve targets whilst assisting the manager in the day to day operations of the store.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• The ability to drive sales and deliver against KPI’s
• Work alongside the team, ensure the upkeep and layout of the store in line with RB Sellars standards,
• Assist with rostering to ensure great customer service,
• Train new and existing team members to ensure product and process standards are understood
• Stock takes
• Regular reporting, including sales reporting, is part of the role, along with identifying talent and recruiting new team members where necessary.

• Experience in a similar role with knowledge across merchandising, rostering and sales administration
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills
• Able to work during the week as well as agree to working alternate Sundays
