Assistant Store Manager Townsville


RB Sellars is coming to Townsville! We are seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our new Concept Store in Townsville due to open in November 2021. The successful candidate will be experienced in delivering exceptional customer experiences, and enthusiastic in driving sales to achieve targets whilst assisting the manager in the day to day operations of the store

Full job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • The ability to drive sales and deliver against KPI’s
  • Work alongside the team, ensure the upkeep and layout of the store in line with RB Sellars standards
  • Assist with rostering to ensure great customer service
  • Train new and existing team members to ensure product and process standards are understood
  • Stocktakes
  • Regular reporting, including sales reporting, is part of the role, along with identifying talent and recruiting new team members where necessary

About You:

  • A love of the country and a passion for our product
  • You will have strong people skills to engage and develop a united team
  • Experience in a similar role with knowledge across merchandising, rostering and sales administration
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills
  • Able to work alternate weekends
